No matter if it’s Snow White or Frozen, everyone has a favorite Disney princess movie. Which one is yours? To find out which movies were the most popular, we looked at Google search data to see which classic people looked for the most. Here’s what we found.
Frozen
By far, Frozen is the favorite of the Disney princess movies. Granted, a large part of that is because it is the most recent of the movies, and Let It Go is still stuck in everyone’s head. The movie, however, with it’s message of family bonds and true love struck a cord with audiences everywhere. Parents often point to Elsa and Anna as a model for how their own children should treat each other.
While other favorites were more popular in certain states or among certain kinds of people, Frozen was the winner across the board.

Cinderella
A surprise for spot number two, an old classic seems to be at the top of the non-Frozen movie list.
Cinderella covers the map with the most popularity, from California to North Carolina.
Aladdin
Piggybacking on the success of the live action movie, Aladdin comes in third.
Wyoming has the most Aladdin movie fans.
Snow White
Another classic, Snow White, comes in fourth.
The Little Mermaid
Ariel swam into many people’s minds when it comes to their favorite movie.
Those in Maine seem to love The Little Mermaid the most, with Idaho coming in a close second for Ariel-lovers.
Beauty and the Beast
It’s a tale as old as time, making it an instant favorite and number six on our list of the most popular Disney movies.
West Virginia has more than its fair share of Beauty and the Beast lovers.
